One of the other most powerful tools for change is clarity, or, intentionality. When you KNOW what you want to change, and you use a powerful tool for change and growth, it's almost inevitable that you will see results. So, I challenge you: can you get clear? Can you create an intent for yourself? Hi. I'm Erica. I used to play the piano professionally, and wrote, produced, and recorded two full-length albums, all before I started practicing yoga. When I found yoga, I found a tool to change my life, AND discovered that yoga is a firestarter for creative inspiration. I don't play the piano much any more, but now I use yoga and business development as my palette for creative play. I'm one of the right-hand people to my teacher, Ana Forrest. If you want to learn about Forrest Yoga, you've come to the right place. What you'll find here on this page are my Forrest Inspired Vinyasa classes that I teach in New York City, at PURE Yoga. Forrest Yoga is at the core of all of my teachings. If you're injured in body, spirit, or soul: this could be your practice. Forrest Inspired Vinyasa is my blend of Forrest and Vinyasa. It moves a little faster, and in general might not be the best practice for you if you have any injuries. You'll also find my music.
